Customer Service

Customer satisfaction is a high priority at Aegis Therapies. We are committed to strategic and operational alignment with our customers, and we solicit feedback on our performance in a variety of ways including:

  • Anonymous customer surveys mailed annually
  • Customer feedback at the facility level by District Managers
  • Quarterly reviews with each facility

We analyze the data from these sources. Based on the results, we recommend specific changes or enhancements that ultimately produce improvements at all levels of service.   This information also helps to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers, and delivering a high level of service.

In our 2008 Customer Satisfaction Survey 93% of our customers were satisfied with the services provided by Aegis Therapies and would recommend us to other facilities and clients.

In our 2008 Patient Satisfaction Surveys 98% of our patients felt favorable about the services they received from Aegis Therapies and would recommend our services to others. Of these, 7 out of 10 rated our services as superior.
