Rehab Program Coordinator

Mathew C. is a rehab program coordinator with Aegis Therapies. In this role, he manages the rehab team of his facility and provides care to patients.

He also serves as the Freedom Through Functionality (FTF) and Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM) Champion for his district. This position makes him the dedicated point of contact for anyone with any questions about the program or anyone in need of training.

To be successful in his field, Mathew feels one must provide excellent service to patients and residents. “They deserve to have all our knowledge and attention so we can make their lives better, no matter the situation,” he says.

He also gives many compliments to the staff he works with. “Working alongside dedicated therapists, nurses, and staff members, all of whom excel at their jobs, helps me excel at mine. I couldn’t do what I do without their help.”
