Our therapists and clinicians provide services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, outpatient centers, home health agencies and other healthcare settings.

Aegis uses Aegis Rehab Outcomes to help measure success by taking a quantitative look at patients’ ability to function. We have been collecting clinical outcome data for our patients for more than five years and have more than 4 million patient records, the largest database for long-term care, therapy-based clinical outcomes in the industry.
