Aegis provides strong mentoring of all of our employees. Each therapist receives a comprehensive orientation upon hire, and is subsequently mentored to provide them the clinical resources necessary to support the highest program integrity.
Our employees also have access to valuable resources, such as our corporate Clinical Department, Master Clinicians, district managers, clinical specialists and interactive training videos. They also have the opportunity to interact with thousands of fellow therapists throughout the country. Employees may be paired up on “buddy visits” to share knowledge, experience and ideas with fellow co-workers.
The training, mentorship and sharing of ideas among our employees has been critical in positioning us as the nation’s leader in rehabilitative care.
