Full service -- Our comprehensive rehab program for nursing facilities includes staffing, service management, clinical support and program development, facility education, help with ADRs, our Rehabilitation Outcome Measure (ROM) and integration into strategic plans.
Management -- We offer management services to both facility and staff to ensure facilities meet clinical and operational goals. Our extensive resources include recruiting help and developing policies and procedures.
Consulting -- We provide a quality review of the facility’s rehab department and then offer a selection of services to meet that facility’s specific needs. Some services include staff development, clinical program development, regulatory updates, rehab survey readiness and denial management.
