Program management and strategic planning
We offer full operational, financial and clinical management of your existing programs, or we will assist you with ongoing oversight of your financial performance. We provide assistance with long-range business plans, market research, resource identification, and certificate-of-need applications. We also convert acute-care facilities to specialty hospitals.
Program and product feasibility studies
We conduct feasibility studies to identify the resources needed to implement new programs, and assess the degree of fit with your overall service mix and mission. We also consider the impact of state and federal licensure and certification requirements, and project the financial impact to your company.
New program/service enhancement
We help establish and implement new programs and services, and help market your new services. We will identify your physical facility requirements, train your staff, establish outcome measures for clinical effectiveness, coordinate for you with state licensing agencies and fiscal intermediaries, and develop policies and procedures that meet Medicare conditions of participation, JCAHO standards and CARF standards.
Operations maximization
We will evaluate your staffing patterns and patient acuity levels, redesign your nursing care model, help with contract negotiations and/or third-party management companies, help you transition from third-party management to self-operation, recruit and screen key staff such as medical directors, program directors and nurse managers, and we will train your nurse managers.
Financial analysis and regulatory compliance
Because of our extensive experience with compliance issues, we can analyze reimbursement patterns and trends, and play a key role in your compliance plan development, medical record audits, Medicare appeals, compliance training, and regulatory compliance audits/corrective action plans.
