We know that our employees value career development, and our Career Ladder program is designed to foster advancement at many levels. We offer two distinct career paths -- clinical and operational -- for our full-time employees.
The clinical career path is for staff therapists who want to advance in one of two directions:
- From Staff Therapist, to Team Leader/Rehab Program Coordinator for a facility or facilities, then Rehab Program Manager, and District Manager
- From Staff Therapist, to Team Leader, to Master Clinician, then Clinical Specialist, and Clinical Director
The operational career path is for those who have progressed to District Manager, and demonstrate interest and excellence from an operational standpoint. They would follow this path:
- From District Manager, to Senior District Manager, then Area Director, and Regional Vice President
As you move up your chosen Career Ladder, additional benefit and compensation packages become available in certain positions, for example:
- Salary continuation benefit
- Increased vacation bank
- Separate holiday allotment
- Increased Continuing Education allotment
- Increased licensure fee reimbursement
- Increased professional dues allotment
And at the higher levels, you may also qualify for an annual incentive program based on attaining specific company and regional goals.
