We know that to successfully extend the potential of rehabilitation, we must provide extraordinary clinical support to all therapists providing services to our patients. We do this through an organized matrix of support roles and functions.

Region Directors of Clinical Services -- Therapists serving as the primary clinical link and support to therapists in facilities. Each one supports a specific geographic region, helping with program development, program implementation, billing and regulatory issues, and compliance support.

National Directors for Specialty Progams, and Outcomes and Appeals Management -- Dedicated resources to support our specialty programs of Freedom Through Functionality (FTF) and Geriatric Enhanced Modalities (GEM); Rehabilitation Outcome Measure (ROM) and reporting; and denials and appeals management.

Master Clinicians -- Staff therapists having specific areas of expertise within their respective disciplines who are available to all therapists with challenging treatment issues and support program development.

Clinical Specialists -- Therapists who have developed outstanding “generalist” skills within their disciplines, who provide support to District Managers in program development and clinical excellence.

Program Champions -- Therapists with a particular interest and emerging expertise in a specific treatment area or program, such as FTF, GEM, falls and balance, etc.
