Our older-adult Model of Care is centered on our belief that geriatric rehabilitation needs to be delivered within a continuum of care. We design rehabilitation programs -- such as neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation programs, and wound management programs -- to meet the needs of residents in your facility. We also have specialized programs to address the needs of patients who may: Experience balance problems and be at risk for falls Have multiple medical problems Suffer from dementia We train our therapists to think beyond traditional therapy and explore whether it might be best to restore, compensate and/or adapt for a patient’s loss of function.
